Problem of Integrity of a Plant at the Present Stage of Development of Biology

The existing hypotheses of integrity of a plant are considered. It is offered new to the concept of integrity on the basis of existence of many independent blocks and special role sklerenchyma in life of a plant.

Sex Differences to the Biochemical Characteristics by the Blood of Laboratory Animals

It is made study of sex influence to the most important enzymes of animal metabolism and parameters of protein, carbohydrate and lipid parts of metabolism for different species of laboratory animals. Shown true sex differences for many biochemical parameters of blood for white rats, for rabbits are founded differences for some enzyme activities and also some indexes.

A Comparative Analysis of Spectral Properties of Coleoptil and Epicotyl Tissues

Spectral properties of coleoptiles and epicotyles of wheat was investigated by cytophotometry. In this organs where found several different photosystems, that have no common absorption spectral areas. Coleoptil in dark growth have the largest lightpiping. Growth in light environment make coleoptil as optical filter.

Collection of Early Sedge (Carex praecox Schreb., Cyperaceae, Magnoliophyta) in Herbarium of Saratov State University

List of herbarium papers of early sedge Carex praecox Schreb., stored in Herbarium of Saratov State University had been made in number of 82 specimens from Russia (Volgograd, Saratov, Ulyanovsk regions, Bashkiria and Kalmykia). Information of labels had been indicated.

The study of heterogeneity and the specificity of prolamins of the varieties of winter wheat and their connection with economic values

Based on the Voronezh ANC named after V. V. Dokuchaev of the Department of Genetics and Immunity, electrophoretic studies were conducted, based on detailed study and analysis of polymorphism of prolamins of 5 varieties of winter wheat and their conjugation with economic and valuable features. Studies were conducted in 2022–2024 in the conditions of the southeast of the Central Black Earth Region. In the process, gliadin biotypes were identifi ed by electrophoresis in 6.5% polyacrylamide gel.

Results of the study of vegetative propagation of representatives of the genus Hemerocallis L. in the South Ural Botanical Garden-Institute of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences

 The article summarizes the results of the study of the ability of some species and varieties of the genus Hemerocallis L. to vegetative reproduction, introduced into the South Ural Botanical Garden-Institute, a separate structural division of the Federal State Budgetary Scientifi c Institution of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as a valuable economic trait of plants when used in landscaping. The objects of the study were 6 species and 43 varieties of the genus Hemerocallis L.

Аллергический ринит (АР) является одной из наиболее распространённых форм аллергических заболеваний у детей и занимает ведущее место в структуре аллергопатологии в педиатрической практике. Это хроническое воспалительное заболевание слизистой оболочки носа, вызванное воздействием ингаляционных аллергенов. Особую актуальность проблема приобретает в связи с высоким риском трансформации АР в более тяжёлые формы аллергических заболеваний, включая бронхиальную астму, особенно при отсутствии своевременной диагностики и коррекции образа жизни.

The effect of salt stress on the growth and development of the root system of seedlings of introgressive lines of spring bread wheat

The study of the resistance of plants obtained as a result of introgressive breeding to the action of various factors, including salinization, is an important stage of breeding work. The eff ect of salt stress on the growth and development of the root system of seedlings of introgressive lines of spring soft wheat has been studied. The objects of the study are seedlings of introgressive lines of spring soft wheat obtained with the participation of Triticum dicoccum Shuebl, Aegilops speltoides Tausch, Agropyron elongatum (Host) Beauv.

Assessment of the ability of Bacillus velezensis bacteria to produce cyclic lipopeptides and characteristics of their growth-stimulating and bioremediation properties

In recent years, agriculture has faced the problem of fi nding promising drugs that are eff ective in combating plant diseases, alternatives to synthetic pesticides that can have a negative impact on both living organisms and the environment as a whole. To solve this problem, the possibility of using biological methods of protecting agricultural crops is being studied. In particular, special attention is paid to the search for new strains of bacteria – natural antagonists of pathogenic microorganisms that could be used instead of synthetic chemicals.
