Проанализированы рост и развитие междоузлий на примере сорта Саратовская 36. Среди сортов яровой мягкой пшеницы саратовской селекции установлены различия по абсолютной и относительной длине междоузлий.

В статье представлены результаты исследования влияния морфогенетического состояния окулируемых почек на формирование кроны однолетних саженцев трёх сортов яблони. Скороплодные сорта способны образовывать цветы в большинстве пазушных почек на однолетних вегетативных побегах. Установлено, что апикальные меристемы прививаемых почек, находящиеся в переходном или генеративном состоянии, образуют саженцы с двумя и более стволами. На следующий год они способны дать первый урожай. В качестве подвоя использовали перспективный клон 54-118.

Data by definition of the maintenance of pigments of photosynthesis (a chlorophyll and carotenoid) in leaves and top междоузлии a stalk of summer soft wheat at the moment of flowering are cited. Distinction by quantity of pigments in different zones of a plate top leaf at investigated grades is established: a chlorophyll – 0,72–5,1; carotenoid – 0,37– 1,3 mg/g of fresh weight. Increase of the maintenance of pigments from bottom to the top zone of a vagina top leaf and междоузлия is revealed.

In article results of selection work on creation of new sorts of Chrysanthemum coreanum in Ufa botanical garden are explained, descriptions of 10 local new sorts are also provided. Their biometric parameters, decorative indexes and terms of blossoming are specified. The Chrysanthemum genus belong to Asteraceae family. Ch. coreanum – hybrid origin, a perennial plant with reinforced, more or less branched rhizome.

The aim of this study was to identify the effect of precursor (vapor, winter wheat) on the non-traditional selective grain quality parameter intensity of spring common wheat. The parameters include dough development time, dough stability, energy absorbed by dough while kneading and starch retrogradation coefficient. The data have been obtained using a Mixolab device.

The aim of the work is a comparative assessment of economic and biological characteristics (yield and crop structure elements, winter hardiness, morphological structure of the stem) of the new generation of winter soft wheat varieties. The studies were conducted in 2017–2019 in the conditions of the South-East of the Central black earth region. The object of research is winter wheat, represented by varieties Steppe 135, Basalt, Chernozem 115, Chernozem 130 and Basalt 2, created at different times of selection work.

Allium ramosum L. – type species of the subgenus Butomissa (Salisb.), Section Butomissa. The species has a fairly high seed productivity, which varies widely. This article presents the results of a study of seed productivity under the conditions of artificial phytocenosis of the Moscow Region in four commercial varieties of A. ramosum. In alluvial meadow soils, fruit setability was 88.9–95.8%, real seed productivity was fixed at 3.5–18.5 g/plant, 1000 seeds weight was 4.2–5.9 g. Average insemination was noted 3, 0–5.9 pieces/fruit.

The article presents the results of studying the fruiting in 9 clematis cultivars under the conditions of the southern coast of Crimea. Morphometric characteristics of seeds, their weight and germination capacity are given. Potential and real seed production was assessed. It was found that the studied cultivars are characterized with high potential seed production, on average from 38.1 to 116.9 ovules per fruit, but relatively low real seed production, on average from 1.3 to 8.3 seeds per fruit.

The article presents the results of a long-term of study of biological features of 54 sorts of Clematis L. genus of collection of the SouthUral Botanical Garden-Institute of UFRC RAS. The aim of the work was to summarize the introduction studies for the possibility of successful use of clematis sorts in vertical gardening in the Bashkir Cis-Urals and adjacent territories.
