Nanotechnologies of Obtaining Silicon-containing Melange Xerogels for the Design of New Test Systems

A melange gel technology of obtaining xerogels of silic acid modified with organic reactants has been designed. The technology is based on the extraction of micellar phase of non-ionic surfactants with organic reactants and its deposition on the surface of xerogels.

General Invariant of Contents of Inorganic Chemistry

The article is dedicated to systematization and structuring of content of college inorganic chemistry course. Author introduced comprehend scheme for studying the facts of inorganic chemistry.

A Quantum-Chemical Investigation of Water – Monatomic Alcohols System

A quantum-chemical calculation of characteristics of aliphatic alcohols and water molecules as well as their compounds is carried out. It's shown that these substances are the strongly associated liquids of definite structure. The structure of water-alcohol associates with different ratios of components is considered.

Topological Transformation of the Phase Diagram of the Ternary Sodium Nitrate – Water – Acetonitrile System

Phase equilibria and critical phenomena in the ternary sodium nitrate – water – acetonitrile system, where the constituent binary liquid system is characterized by phase separation with an upper critical solution temperature, were studied by means of the visual-polymermal method within –5…+80°C.

Characterization of the Lipopolysaccharide of the Diazotrophic Rhizobacterium Azospirillum Brasilense Sr55

This work was undertaken to investigate the lipopolysaccharide from gram-negative, plant-growth-promoting diazotrophic rhizobacterium Azospirillum brasilense SR55 isolated from the roots of wheat in Saratov oblast. The lipopolysaccharide was extracted from the outer membrane with phenol, and its chemical makeup was studied.

Influence of Microwaves on the Morphology of Aqueous Solutions of Polydryl Alcohol

The nature of influence of microwaves on the process of dissolution of a crystallizable polymer, the primary level of supramolecular order and the formation kinetics of the secondary one in aqueous solutions of polydryl alcohol was studied. Microwaves were found to significantly reduce the period of visually-controlled dissolution of the polymer.

Synthesis, Structure, Reactions of Polycarbonylic Substituted Cyclohexanes

Reactions of 3-R-2,4-diacetyl(diethoxycarbonyl)-5-hydroxy-5-methylcyclohexanones and data on the structure of these compounds and products of their conversion are summarized. The influence of substitutes on the tautomeric equilibrium of cyclohexanones is demonstrated. Amines of a certain degree of saturation are shown to form depending on amination conditions.

The Synthesis, Stereochemistry and Reactions of Conjugated Cyclohexadienones with N-Nucleophilic Reagents

The data about synthesis, stereochemistry and reactivity of asymmetric conjugated cyclohexadienones are generalized. Experimental conditions are developed for every type of compound, and their configuration is established. On the basis of conjugated dienones are synthesized earlier unknown heteroarylsubstituted hexahydroindazoles. The regiosecificity and regioselectivity of these compounds formation are established depending on the nature of heterocyclic substitute.

N,O-Containing Heterocycles Based on Aliphatico-Alicyclic 1,3-Dicarbonylic Compounds: Their Synthesis, Structure and Properties

The results of our study of interactions between 1,3-dicarbonylic compounds of the cyclohexane series and binucleophilic reagents (hydrazines, hydroxyamine, o-phenylendiamine, ethylene glycol, ethanolamine) to produce carbo- and heterocyclic compounds of novel series are summarized.

Effect of the Selected Inorganic Compounds on the Lectin Activity and Morphogenesis of the Basidiomycete Lentinus edodes

The possibility of interfering the lectin activity of the higher fungus, basidiomycete Lentinus edodes by means of the inorganic components of liquid nutrient medium has been shown. A relationship between the presence of double-charged metal cations in the culture medium and the activity of extracellular lectins of L. edodes has been found.
