Fluorimetric Determination of Rutin, Based on the Complexation with Eu (III) in Micellar Solutions of Surfactants

The quenching of fluorescence of europium chelate (111) with tenoiltrif- toratseton solubilized in the micelles of Bridge-35 with rutin is studied. The possibility of a direct fluorimetric determination of bioantioxidants in the drug «Ascorutin» with a detection limit of 2.9 10   M is shown.

Analytical reactions of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine with some aldehydes in micelles of cationic surfactants

The analytical eff ect of micelles of cationic surfactants in the reactions of some aromatic aldehydes (AA) with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) with the formation of the corresponding aci-forms of hydrazones has been established. It has been established that micelles of nonionic and anionic surfactants do not cause analytically signifi cant eff ects in the system under study.

Скрининг микроорганизмов-деструкторов компонентов буровых растворов

Показано, что буровые шламы представляют собой источник специализированных микроорганизмов, способных к утилизации различных компонентов, входящих в состав буровых растворов, включая нефтяные углеводороды, крахмал. Из двух образцов буровых шламов методами прямого высева и накопительного культивирования выделено 8 микробных штаммов с широким субстратным спектром в отношении нефтяных углеводородов различной степени токсичности, что свидетельствует о перспективности использования таких микроорганизмов в биотехнологиях обезвреживания буровых отходов.

ЭКСТРАКЦИОННОЕ «CLOUD POINT» КОНЦЕНТРИРОВАНИЕ СОЕДИНЕНИЙ СВИНЦА МИЦЕЛЛЯРНЫМИ ФАЗАМИ ПАВ

Рассмотрен аналитический метод – «экстракция в точке помут-
нения» применительно к концентрированию и выделению соеди-
нений свинца из различных матриц. Дана характеристика при-
меняемых для этих целей ПАВ. Оценены факторы, влияющие
на коэффициент, константу распределения и коэффициент кон-
центрирования хелатов в мицеллярные фазы ПАВ. Дана срав-
нительная характеристика лигандов-комплексообразоват елей,
применяемых для мицеллярной концентрации ионов свинца.

Chromatographic Separation of Some Triazines by HPLC

Sorption properties of simazine, atrazine, propazine and prometrin on commercial chromatographic columns of LiChrospher 60 RP select B, Hypersil BDS-C18, and Zorbax SB-C18 were studied by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode matrix detection. The influence of the composition of the mobile phase on the chromatographic characteristics of the separation is considered. It was found that with the content of acetonitrile in a mixture of PF from 10 to 30 vol/vol. the chromatographic peak of atrazine is practically not manifested.

Determination of thymol with micellar extraction preconcentration

For the efficient preconcentration of azo compounds – products of the interaction of 4-nitrophenyldiazonium with thymol, a system 4-nitroaniline (4-NA) – NO2 - – Triton X-100 – NaOH – ethanol has been proposed. The optimal conditions for the formation of micellarsaturated phases of the system under study have been established: 3. 10-4 M 4-NA – 3. 10-4 M NO2 - – 5% Triton X-100 – 2.8 M NaOH – 10 vol. % С2Н5ОН. A spectrophotometric study of the above system has been carried out.

Luminescent Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons on Cellulose Diacetate Matrix Modified by Surfactants

The ability of using cellulose diacetate (CDA) as matrix for luminescent determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in aqueous media was studied. PAH sorption was carried out on the example of pyrene from water solutions. Cellulose diacetate matrix was modified by anionic and cationic surfactants - sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The comparative analysis of dependence of fluorescence intensity and polarity index of pyrene was carried out.
