Study of patterns of accumulation of the most dangerous ecotoxicants in wild medicinal plant raw materials of various ecotopes of the Voronezh region

Voronezh region is one of the most important areas of agriculture and crop production. The purpose of the study was to study the patterns of accumulation of the most dangerous heavy metals in wild medicinal plant raw materials of various ecotopes of the Voronezh region. The accumulation of heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, nickel, copper, zinc, cobalt, chromium) and arsenic was studied, using an example of 10 types of medicinal plant raw materials, which were produced in 51 ecotopes of the Voronezh region.

MODIFIED SEMICONDUCTION ELECTRODES BASED ON GALLIUM ARSENIDE IN POTENTIOMETRIC TITRATION

Ways of electrochemicals modification surface semiconducting electrode based on gallium arsenide (GaAs) was proposed in this work/ Behavior of unmodified and modified GaAs was investigated characterization was identified (steepness of electrode function, working interval? responses time, reproducibility). Possibility of using electrodes from GaAs for potentiometric titration of ions Cu2+ and Pb2+ was set. Modified GaAs-electrodes has improved electroanalitical characterizations in variants direct potentiometric titration was shown.

Easy Drop.

Biosorption of Cu (II) by an Exopolysaccharide Isolated from Enterobacter Cloacae K7

An extracellular polysaccharide (EPS) produced by the gram- negative nonpathogenic rhizosphere bacteria Enterobacter cloa- cae K7 was isolated and characterized. The process of biosorption of Cu(II) cations from aqueous solution by the isolated exopoly- saccharides was investigated. The maximum sorption capac- ity was 0.17 mM/mg of EPS or 12 g of Cu(II) per g of EPS at pH 5, T = 25 °C, and incubation for 30 min.

Translocation of Copper, Zinc, Iron and Manganese in the Cultivated Oat (Avena sativa L., 1753)

Due to rising anthropogenic pressure, heavy metal pollution of the environment becomes the significant danger. This study is devoted to the investigation of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn concentration in the oat and two types of soil, model polluted by metal sulfates. The method of atomic absorption spectroscopy was used. Cu concentration in mineral soil was much higher than Zn. When Cu and Zn were combined, also Fe and Mn, pairwise antagonism in mineral soil and in the oat was discovered. The oat accumulates Cu and Mn more actively than Zn and Fe.

Accumulation of Heavy Metals and Arsenic by Medicinal Plant Raw Material of Bitter Hollow

The Voronezh region is traditionally the most important area of crop production and farming. The purpose of the study was to study the contamination by heavy metals of medicinal vegetable raw materials of the Voronezh region using the example of grass of the bitter emery collected in urban and agro-ecological systems, which experience various anthropogenic effects. The accumulations of heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, nickel, copper, zinc, cobalt, chromium) and arsenic were studied, in 51 samples of pooch grass bitter.

Accumulation of heavy metals and arsenic with medicinal herbal raw material of common shovel harvested in Voronezh region

The Voronezh region is traditionally the most important area of crop production and agriculture. The purpose of the research was to study the contamination with heavy metals of medicinal plant raw materials of the Voronezh region using the example of the roots of ordinary burdock, prepared in urbo- and agro-ecosystems, which have various anthropogenic effects on themselves. The accumulation of heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, nickel, copper, zinc, cobalt, chromium) and arsenic in 51 samples of raw materials was studied.
