Перспективы развития биоподобных гибридных материалов на основе метода полиионной сборки
Природные композитные структуры, такие как роговые кости и перламутр, имеют высокоупорядоченную структурную организацию в наномасштабе. Подобная архитектура материала вызывает широкий интерес к искусственной имитации таких систем с целью разработки сложных композитных материалов с адаптируемыми механическими свойствами. С целью установления перспектив развития лабораторных методов синтеза механически прочных биоподобных материалов в данной статье проведен обзор работ по фундаментальным принципам формирования, структуре и свойствам природных композитных биоминерализованных материалов, а также по результатам методов искусственного синтеза таких материалов, включая метод химической инфильтрации, где частицы карбоната кальция зарождаются и растут внутри мультислойных полиэлектролитных пленок, полученных методом полиионной сборки. Определяющая роль полимерной матрицы в процессе образования и роста неорганической фазы в совокупности с уникальными возможностями полиионной сборки контроля состава и иерархии полимерных пленок открывает широкие возможности для искусственного синтеза композитных пленок с уникальными механическими характеристиками.
