ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ПАТОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ МОЗГОВОГО КРОВОТОКА ПРИ РАЗВИТИИ ИНСУЛЬТА У ГИПЕРТЕНЗИВНЫХ КРЫС С ПОМОЩЬЮ ОПТИЧЕСКОЙ КОГЕРЕНТНОЙ ТОМОГРАФИИ

Abstract: 
Развитие в динамике стресс-индуцированных интракраниальных
геморрагий сопровождается соответствующими изменениями в
артериальном и венозном мозговом кровотоке. Латентные ста-
дии геморрагического инсульта характеризуются расширени-
ем церебральных вен, снижением венозного оттока из полости
черепа и развитием венозной недостаточности. Артериальный
кровоток при этом изменяется незначительно. Разрывы сосудов
мозга протекают на фоне прогрессирования указанных патологи-
ческих изменений в кровотоке мозга с последующим формиро-
ванием церебральной гипотензии. Оценка параметров венозного
мозгового кровотока является информативной платформой для
прогнозирования риска развития геморрагического инсульта при
развитии артериальной гипертензии.
