Research of Some Physico-Chemical Parameters of White Female Rats Blood at Toxic Effect of Cadmium Ions and in Different Adaptation Periods
In article are considered changes of some physical and chemical parameters of blood white female rats on at toxic influence by ions of cadmium and during the various periods of adaptation. It is shown that at an intoxication cadmium occurs increase in concentration malone diallegitis (MJA), decrease in a level cetyloplasmin and change of parameters of an impedance of integral blood. After 4 and 8 days of adaptation there was a tendency to approach of some of parameters to control values, specifying that the adaptable reactions proceeding in an organism provide functional unity and adequacy of its answers to external adverse influences.
