The study of heterogeneity and the specificity of prolamins of the varieties of winter wheat and their connection with economic values

Based on the Voronezh ANC named after V. V. Dokuchaev of the Department of Genetics and Immunity, electrophoretic studies were conducted, based on detailed study and analysis of polymorphism of prolamins of 5 varieties of winter wheat and their conjugation with economic and valuable features. Studies were conducted in 2022–2024 in the conditions of the southeast of the Central Black Earth Region. In the process, gliadin biotypes were identifi ed by electrophoresis in 6.5% polyacrylamide gel.

Изучение гетерогенности и специфичности проламинов сортов озимой пшеницы и их связь с хозяйственно ценными признаками

На базе существующего в ФГБНУ «Воронежский ФАНЦ им В.В. Докучаева» отдела генетики и иммунитета были проведены электрофоретические исследования, основанные на детальном изучении и анализе полиморфизма проламинов 5 сортов озимой пшеницы и их сопряженности с хозяйственно-ценными признаками. Исследования были проведены в 2022-2024 гг в условиях юго-востока Центрального Черноземья. В процессе работы проводилась идентификация глиадиновых биотипов методом электрофореза в 6,5 % полиакриламидном геле.

Pollen Grain Size Polymorphism in Late Tulip (Tulipa gesneriana L., 1753) Cenopopulations within the Territory of “Ivanovo Field” Natural Boundary

One of the large populations of the late tulip (Tulipa gesneriana L., 1753) grows in Fedorovsky district of the Saratov region on the territory of the regional “Ivanovo field” natural boundary where it is presented by three cenopopulations. The work is aimed at studying of mature pollen morphology of the given cenopopulation plants characterised by various variants of flower parts coloration. We analysed the dimension and other morphological features of the pollen fixed in 2012 when rich diversity of floral envelope coloration was registrated in the research area.
