Non-destructive control of tablet forms of cefuroxime by near-infrared spectroscopy and digital colorometry methods

Non-destructive control of cefuroxime in tablet medicines without opening the blister pack by measuring the intensity of diff use refl ectance of infrared radiation has been proposed. Near-infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy and digital color spectroscopy using a smartphone and a 3D-printed device have been applied. The data set has been processed by principal component methods, hierarchical cluster analysis and partial least squares regression.

The synthesis of 5-amino-3-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitriles based on hydrazines and benzhydrazides under ultrasonic activation conditions

Pyrazoles containing amino and carbonitrile groups have a wide range of biological activities, including antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, antitumor, antioxidant, and are used to create pesticides and dyes. Also, these compounds are synthons for the preparation of various polyheterocyclic compounds. New potentially biologically active 5-amino-3-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitriles containing pharmacophoric substituents have been obtained via three-component condensation reactions of malonic dinitrile with substituted aromatic aldehydes and benzhydrazides or hydrazines.

Неразрушающий контроль таблетированных форм цефуроксима методами ближней ИК-спектроскопии и цифровой цветометрии

Предложен неразрушающий контроль цефуроксима в таблетированных лекарственных средствах без вскрытия блистерной упаковки по измерению интенсивности диффузного отражения ИК-излучения. Применяли методы ближней ИК-спектроскопии с преобразованием Фурье и цифровой цветометрии с использованием смартфона и напечатанного на 3D-принтере устройства. Обработку массива данных проводили методами главных компонент, иерархического кластерного анализа и частичной регрессии наименьших квадратов.

Eff ect of the MoO3/Al2O3 catalyst fl uorination on the propylene metathesis reaction

In the course of this work, fl uorinated catalysts MoO3 /Al2 O3 -F for the olefi ns metathesis have been synthesized. The materials have been characterized by various physicochemical methods and tested in the propylene metathesis reaction. It has been shown that the support fl uorination leads to partial replacement of surface hydroxyl groups by F, which is accompanied by an increase in the strength of both Lewis acid sites and residual bridging OH groups. Increasing the fl uorine content on γ-Al2O3 up to 3 wt.

Optimization of Cultivation Conditions of Azotobacter Vinelandii D-08 to Increase the Yield of Exopolysaccharide

In current research the optimization of culture conditions Azotobacter vinelandii D-08 on nutrient mediums with different content of molasses – 20, 30, 40 and 50% (by weight) was conducted. It is established that the maximum accumulation of polysaccharides was 13,78 g/l and it was observed at growth of the strain on the medium containing 50% molasses for 72 hours. The results of the method of gel permeation chromatography showed that the obtained polysaccharide has a molecular weight of 0.93532 kDa and 312.5014 kDa.
