The identification of cephalosporins antibiotics using IR spectroscopy and chemometric algorithms

The use of mid-fi eld infrared spectroscopy in combination with chemometric algorithms for the identifi cation of cephalosporin antibiotics in the form of injectable powders is demonstrated. III generation cephalosporins have been selected as objects of the study: ceftriaxone, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, which are widely used in pharmaceutical practice. IR spectra of the medical preparations have been recorded using an FT-801 Fourier transform IR spectrometer with an attenuated total refl ection (ATR) attachment.

Non-destructive testing of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs using near-field infrared spectroscopy method

The use of near-infrared spectroscopy for quality control of nonsteroidal anti-infl ammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in blister packs is demonstrated. NSAIDs with the active ingredients ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen, etoricoxib, acetylsalicylic acid and meloxicam have been studied. IR spectra have been recorded using a Frontier FTIR spectrometer with a NIRA attachment, used to collect diff use refl ectance spectra of solids.

Неразрушающий контроль нестероидных противовоспалительных средств методов ИК-спектроскопии в ближней области

Показано использование ИК-спектроскопии в ближней области для контроля качества нестероидных противовоспалительных средств (НПВС) в блистерной упаковке. Исследованы НПВС с действующими веществами ибупрофен, диклофенак, напроксен, эторикоксиб, ацетилсалициловая кислота и мелоксикам. ИК-спектры регистрировали ИК-Фурье-спектрометром Frontier с приставкой NIRA, применяемой для сбора спектров диффузного отражения твердых тел.

Chemometric Algorithms for the Monitoring of Milk Quality by Potentiometric Titration

The acute problem in the analysis of dairy products is the potentiometric determination of the active and total titrated acidity of pasteurized milk from different manufacturers and their comparison with those for raw cow milk. In addition, for various expert purposes, fast definition of the manufacturer of this product is necessary. The conditions of potentiometric titration of pasteurized milk are specified. It is shown that the total acidity of pasteurized milk produced by different manufacturers differs insignificantly.
