Method of Determination of Ciprofloxacin HPLC Using Organized Mediain Pharmaceuticals

It is shown that in the analysis of medicines fluoroquinolone by reversed-phase HPLC with fluorimetric detection modification mobile phase ?-cyclodextrin leads to a decrease in the detection limit of antibiotics to 8 times. The possibility of determination of cipro- floxacin in the presence of tetracycline and quinolone derivative series. The proposed method is tested in the analysis of pharmaceutical preparations containing ciprofloxacin.

Spatial and Electronic Structure of the Pyrene Molecule, Tripaflavin Cation and Eosin Anions As a Prerequisite for Interpreting Their Solid-phase Fluorescence

At the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory, involving the NBO analysis, the spatial and electronic structure of the pyrene molecule, tripaflavin cation, eosin monoanion and dianion has been computed. The results obtained will offer a framework for interpreting the peculiarities of the above species solid-phase fluorescence.

The Effect of Surfactant Micelles on the Fluorescent Properties of a Complex of Yttrium with Levofloxacin

The effect of complexation with yttrium ions and micellar media of surfactants on the fluorescent properties of levofloxacin was studied. The luminescence of levofloxacin depends on the acidity of the medium Т. Г. Данилина и др. Влияние мицелл поверхностно-активных веществ 378 Научный отдел Изв. Сарат. ун-та. Нов. сер. Сер. Химия. Биология. Экология. 2019. Т. 19, вып. 4 and is maximum in an acidic medium. It was shown that complexation with yttrium ions promotes the growth of the intrinsic fluorescence of levofloxacin by a factor of 2.
