Comparative characteristics of the faunal complexes of Orthoptera (Insecta: Orthoptera) in the steppe and forest-steppe zones of the Right Bank of the Saratov region

The data on the collection of Orthoptera (Insecta: Orthoptera) for 2024–2025 in various biotopes from two protected areas of the Saratov region – Khvalynsky National Park and Nizhne-Bannovsky Natural Monument, as well as from adjacent territories, are presented. A list of 44 species of insects from 3 families is presented, potential pests of agricultural crops found in the studied territories are indicated, as well as species listed in the Red Book of the Saratov region.

Сравнительная характеристика фаунистических комплексов Прямокрылых (Insecta: Orthoptera) степной и лесостепной зон Правобережья Саратовской области

Приведены данные по сборам Прямокрылых (Insecta: Orthoptera) за 2024-2025 годы в различных биотопах из двух ООПТ Саратовской области – национальный парк «Хвалынский» и памятник природы «Нижне-Банновский», а также с прилегающих территорий. Представлен список из 44 видов насекомых из 3 семейств, указаны потенциальные вредители сельскохозяйственных культур, обнаруженные на исследованных территориях, а также виды, занесенные в Красную книгу Саратовской области.

Research of Insect’s Fauna of Chinarevskoye Oil and Gas Condensate Field in Kazakhstan

In 25 km sanitary-hygienic zone of Chinarev oil and gas condensate field in Kazakhstan were inves­ tigated the insects  fauna. From this  territory  known 173 background species  and 12 are rare for Western Region of republic. The insects  of Lepidoptera - Euchromius  rayatellus and Leptidea reali tchuvilin noted for the first time in Volgo-Ural Region.
