Влияние поверхностного плазмонного резонанса на флуориметрические свойства молекул и комплексов

Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности влияния наночастиц серебра и золота на флуоресцентные свойства флуорофоров и эффективность резонансного переноса энергии в системе донор – акцептор вблизи поверхности наночастиц. Использование металлических наночастиц в оптосенсорике основано на специфических эффектах воздействия локальных поверхностных плазмонов на динамику переноса энергии и открывает перспективу значительного повышения чувствительности и избирательности аналитических определений. Представлены флуориметрические методики определения биологически активных веществ с использованием эффектов тушения / усиления флуоресценции в присутствии
металлических наночастиц в анализе лекарственных препаратов, пищевых продуктов, биологических жидкостей.
